Winston Trails new listing

A Cairo model, 3/2/2 (1873 sq ft), on the golf course in Golfview Village, was just listed at $239,000. This home has been on and off the market since march of 2007 and was originally listed for $384,900. This home is a prime example of the wrong way to price and market a home in a declining market...this owner has lost tens of thousands of dollars "chasing the market down".
